At the head of the network works Bruno Cabral. As the founder of Concabral (Spanish: “with Cabral”) he was responsible for the integration of new partners. And as company director, he brings his experience as controller, marketing adviser and international sports and arts manager to the table. At Concabral, he takes care of strategy and with some unconventional tweaking, succeeds in creating a relaxed work atmosphere.
Verena Bauer is, next to Bruno Cabral and Thomas Greising, part of the inner circle at Concabral. Born in Bavaria, she arrived in Leipzig 12 years ago to study medicine and obtained her medical degree in 2003. She currently is working part time as an internist. The rest of her time she takes care of our foreign investors (Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese) and attends to our clients regarding all questions of real estate financing through German banks. With her talent of organisation, she coordinates the smooth flow of our daily work and is responsible for a professional customer service. Because of involvement with her own real estate holdings and those of foreign clients, she is in the process of acquiring knowledge in the area of property management.
Thomas Greising is a buildings services engineer of more than ten years’ experience in the real estate sector. Customers will get to know him as sales professional with an extensive, all-around knowledge and an outstanding memory for detail. Talking business with him will always be rewarding and is a pleasant experience no less. As a founding partner of Bruno Cabral, he is the primary contact person for property sales.
The youngest member of our international team is Stefanie Wille. Because of her studies in service and marketing management, she generally is involved in most of our projects. Besides supporting our Creative Department in all marketing campaigns and assisting in project planning, she also has responsibility for organising and coordinating our daily office work.
Nathalie Solis Pérez, the newest “multifunctional” team member, is responsible for language translation (German, English, Spanish, French). By virtue of her studies in Spanish Cultural Studies/Literature and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Leipzig, she brings the perfect qualification to the job. Moreover, she controls and supervises the presentation of our real estate objects in the print media and online, together with updating the Homepage. She is also involved in the Creative Department.
César Couto works as a freelancer at Concabral and divides his work between Leipzig and São Miguel (Azores Islands). At Concabral, he develops the Internet and Marketing sectors. Armed with more than 20 years’ knowledge specialising in web programming and web optimisation, César develops innovative and professional online solutions for the placement, promotion and improvement of web projects.
As a marketing specialist, Ricardo Reis develops marketing concepts and supervises the course of each marketing campaign. His work is based on his studies of marketing and advertising in Lisbon. Back then, Ricardo organised political campaigns, created cartoons for a TV-channel in Portugal and took part in theatre and film productions. As “Art Director” at Concabral, he coordinates all marketing and communication activities.
Without Rocco Faial humouring Tequila, Thomas Greising’s dog, Concabral would not exist today. The two canines, sniffing each other in the dog park, led to a partnership between the two men. Rocco is responsible for the public relations department at Concabral. Rocco (Rocco is the Italian form of “Rochus“ and derives from the old high German word “rohon“ = “war cry”) manages these tasks with esprit and youthful exuberance.
